Mr. Bowie's new album, Blackstar, is absolutely sick. Easily some of the most creative and challenging material he's written in a while. He has reinvented his image and music output once again, and triumphed, something that not a lot of popular musicians a third his age can even boast. He's still incredibly relevant and pushing his own boundaries at the age of 69....
I was inspired by him to get into digital painting once again to hone my skills. This painting was made with the app Procreate in about 3.5 hours. I'm very pleased with how it turned out, and can't wait to work on and share more material with everyone. Please, any and all critique will help me immensely in achieving my goals! The more critical, the better tbh.

There are no words to properly describe just how great the loss of David Bowie is. What horrible horrible news it was to learn of his passing.... So very unexpected, especially since he seemed on top of the game yet again. Thank you so much for the happiness you provided me and countless other fans with your work. I appreciate you taking the time to give us one final hurrah as well, a farewell with your brand new material. Rest well, Mr. Jones.
