Whooo, got a great synopsis idea for this one.

It takes place in a dirty urban city, there are two rival gang factions, the canines (Dawgs) and the felines (Katz).

The cheetahs thug is punishing a canine gang member, and he is ether talking to another captured canine who is giving him a dirty look. Or he's having a disagreement with a fellow feline member.

Heh how's that?

Dude, you actually nailed what was going through my head during this piece almost a hundred percent lol. I was thinking somewhat along the lines of the canines were a biker gang that had recently moved into the felines territory and the felines snagged a couple of the dogs to make an example of 'em ;3

Kinda debating on if I wanted to continue this with a revenge scenario... or maybe like a prequel on how the dogs were captured.

That would be fun.

It's my master  zharr18 doing various things from foot licking, to tickle torture stuff, to even implanting a bug like the one in the matrix that takes over your entire nervous system and stimulates tickles anywhere and all over your body to the point that you can't even move. And other things. too. ^^

I don't think the Cheetah's willing to give up this delicious position any time soon. :3 I would be content to watch though! :D

Now... this is coming from me at 8am, from a cold/stomach bug affected brain, in way too cold a weather, so pardon me if it turns into a ramble! Honestly, I think this is at least a contender for my top 3 favorite pictures you've done! I like to maintain a top 3 favorites for every artist I frequent, if I just did a top 3 in general it'd be unfair as shit. Now onto motor-mouthing! That cat? I fucking love his face. The almost dispassionate approach he has towards torturing the poor fellow beneath him to new heights of hysterics, something tells me his current "guest" is not his first, and certainly wont be his last. Thief? Someone who cheated on their lover? Dude who cheater the cat out of money for getting his bike fixed up and this is a home-invasion-style reprimand? Whatever the reason, it's gloriously detailed and... well I cant stress this enough; EVIL!

That's the theme... now onto the art! Those little motion lines and the sheer amount of wrinkles on the left sole, poor guy's probably dying down there! Not that I'm complaining... but those toes are so... expressive! And if there's anything I love about tickle torture (particularly involving a pair of lovely peds... ) it's expressive toes. With sufficient artistic representation feet are easily a close approximation to facial expressions! And much the same as eyebrows add a lot to a face... so too do toes do so much for the language of the tortured foot... And the one I picture here is one of desperation, but he is probably gagged all to fuck given the lack of worded laughter in the bg but that might be you trying to avoid cluttering the piece up. Naturally the use of that tongue... deserves one of these silly things. Now it's getting colder so I'm going to crawl back into my hole and try and recover from this disgusting thing I've been afflicted with! Granted I am a fan of padless feet myself but there's something to be said when my preference can be overwritten by the level of quality presented!

As for the feline doing the torturing, well he's certainly inputting megawatts worth of torture into those nerves! Hehehehe... I'm terrible, no really I am... puns, puns everywhere! ... The cat got his tongue, hence the silence! aAnyway! Claws, fingers, tongue... classics, now to ACTUALLY go to bed... doctors appointment in 3 hours... urgh... final words... bloody fantastic. Please do keep filling the world with such magnificent displays of evil! It's been lacking it in sufficient severity.

That next part was also kinda part of the experiment. to see if I could convey the victim's feelin through just the toes. Cause I completely agree with you that toes and feet (or hands and gestures) can convey expression just as much as facial features~ And yeah, hahaha, I was contemplating added some worded laughter but you nailed it! Was by far too cluttery. Plus I thought it gave a kinda neat ambiance to not have the victim's reactions. A kinda "what they say or do.... Or "MMPH!" in this case wouldn't matter to the tickler.
