before you're wondering who this fellow is, he's an unnamed oc i made a while ago, i based him off of the mr fijiwiji logo (paper bag head) just for fun, i based the colors in this picture off of the evil nine album "you can be special too"
expect to see more art of this dude in the future, he's really fun to draw :D (also this is like. my best work yet in my opinion)
