I have a backstory for this OC, but he has no name. (partially could go with the backstory I guess)
He was concieved during the war between the Humans and anthros. One parent human, the other anthro. 'hybrids' like him don't really get treated as 'people' by humans or anthros, and he's mainly just a pet. He's had several owners on different sides, but in this pic he's in an AU uniform jacket.
