in times i have the habit of asking newcomers in the IRC channels i roam what their fursonas look like. if they have none, i sometimes offer one for free, especially if the fursona is an interesting one, that might hold a challenge.
this time, Dryadena gave me a picture of herself, posing in this gothic-style velvet dress, and i took that pic a a direct model. well, except the background was different... :)
