Adoptive daughter of Dex. Biologically she is his brother and sister in laws, she lost them at a very young age due to a accident where Dex works. She has no memory of this and Dex isn't sure how to tell her. The only thing she owns that connects to them in a single picture of her mother, Lydia, in her star shaped locket. She has a strong father/daughter bond with Dex due to be raised by him, he never had the heart to tell her otherwise.

She is an extremely gifted child, able to do math and reading well above her age, though interacting with kids her age is extremely difficult. The source of these skills is unknown seeing as she was never taught them. She's rather mature for her age as well, likely from helping Dex deal with his own mental illnesses which we constantly neglects. Reine is also a very cheery and energetic child, a natural optimist and someone who is good at keeping Dex's overall mood up high.
