I got new paper--Canson Marker paper instead of Fanboy--along with a few new colors. This was more a blending practice than anything else (as well as an inking practice). Clearly I need more greys (I only have three right now) and I need one more brown.
I've been trying different techniques: Dark then light, light then dark, circles, back and forth, using the colorless blender, using only the lightest shade for blending, slow strokes, long strokes, etc. Any tips would be appreciated. For now I'm just playing around.
The new marker paper obviously doesn't bleed half as much as the other paper did, and it holds the ink better so it's a little harder to blend.
