Poncho: Check.
Hat: Check.
Ridiculously large plume: Check.

All I need to do now is color it in. I'll be doing that on my computer, since the program on my phone only does six layers. Although, I'm thinking of adding a cane or sword or something. I mentioned before that I used pictures of sonic characters as reference when making this picture. The one on the left didn't have a cane (although I think it might improve the image), but the one on the right did and I think it might tie the whole thing together.
