Dragon wings are often modified hands/arms anyway (if they're styled after bat wings), so this design isn't even that much of a stretch! Really, I can't help but see an extra set of hands on the backs of bat-winged dragons, anyway. XD This rocks so much.

If she has four arms, does she have two main hands then? Would they be on the same side? And if they are the back ones, wouldn't that be impractical?
...
