When looking to buy land in Florida, is it bad thing if the real estate agent walks you into the woods to a jon on the edge of a swamp and says "From here we have to paddle" while I can hear dueling banjos in the distance?

Well I asked that guy about a snowblower..... After he got done looking at me funny, I explained what snow was and where it came from..... He then showed me that the bayou cabin came with a leaf blower and a push broom.....

Well evidently the sound of the leaf blower is as annoying to the gators as it is to humans .

Well... I guess that all depends on what kind of 'land' you're looking for. Though if you hear banjos in the distance I might recommend packing a shotgun...

Hmmm.... Not a bad choice... but kind of limited on the round count..... a "Modern Sporting Rifle" (aka AR-15), might not be a bad choice.
