Honestly? Sesshomaru and Rin made a cute pair: she was one of the one people he ever showed compassion or care towards, even more so than his own brother to an extent!

I know, he didn't date her since she was a child but eventually she would have grown up and it's not like demons age very fast...I mean look at Inuyasha and Kagome; he was technically hundreds of years old! so Sess would still look good when she's a woman.
