Chiptune - Battletoads (MD/Gen) - Intruder Excluder (VRC6)
In the MegaDrive/Genesis version of the game, this song not only plays in Intruder Excluder, but it also plays in the Terra Tubes, where you normally hear Surf City in the NES version of the game.
Again, I made two versions of this chiptune. Both are based on the MegaDrive/Genesis version of this song, and the "MegaDrive melody" version strives to be a faithful arrangement. However, some parts of the melody and accompaniment have different notes than in the original NES version, so I also made a "NES melody" version that alters some of the notes to sound more like the melody of the NES version. The difference can be heard about 15 seconds into the song. Because many people may consider the differences to be very minor, the MP3 I've uploaded here is only of the "NES melody" version, but I have published both versions in FTM and NSF.
