This is a scene that's supposed to happen almost right after Elga meets Marcus for the first time. After having an exchange or two with him, she takes her leave and enters an elevator, where two other rat-ladies are also waiting for their trip down. These ladies are, from left to right, Simone VanRoDine and Azalea Thomseen.
Although it may not seem like it, this is actually a very significant moment for what I have planned for the series overall. I'd like to say what it is, but that would provide major spoilers. Let's just say "foreshadowing."
