It lets you make money off of fan content, yes. The image itself, since I drew it, is not copywritten by Gamefreak or Nintendo, and whether the font itself is copywritten is debatable (I'm not even sure you can copyright a font). I didn't use an official logo or official artwork here, so I'm pretty sure it's fine, but even if I had, the only way it gets removed from Redbubble is if it's reported.
