Kayla: This is Kayla Gem, here at the North Hope Hospital where currently, Torrent Seral, a victim of a shooting, is under urgent care after being shot in the neck chest and head. Doctors say she's fortunate the bullets either passed through, or didn't break bones. They say despite needing to recover, she did managed to tell the police the best she could about the incident. We're about to hear from the police and federal agents about the killer.
FBI agent: After hearsay from Torrent, we have an idea of who our killer is. He should be a male in his mid 20s, either a tailless or had his tail cut off. motive is unknown, so assumedly he may not target another house.
reporter: How can you be sure?
FBI agent: We can't, so we're asking all to be on alert.

FBI agent: Despite other options, without other guardians finding somewhere for her has been difficult. For her safety, we intend to transfer her to another country. Where, we won't say incase the unsub is watching and intends to kill her still.
Kayla: So, after her trauma they plan to take her from where she was traumatized to a brand new world to her. Will this be for the better after experience or for the worse. Only time will tell...
