one of my newest pics.
he's an alien from a funny little sci-fi role playing session. we employed a tiny set of rules where you start out with a general idea of the caracter and a couple of features. as we go along, we receive building points after each scene.
Lennintau is supposed to be some kind of hairless dog taur. i tried to create a dog face with short muzzle, but it turned a mix between dog, rabbit and 'roo. such things happen.
his skin is smooth and hairless and has the glow of rubber polished without any gloss materials, and glitters with silicone crystals embedded in the skin. the only hair is on his tail, whis is used like a horse's: to swat annoying flies. his genitals are hidden in skin pockets, so any pics of him showing his underbelly wouldn't make anyone's nose bleed :)

i used a black polychromos and leaded it in circles, to create a smooth black instead of fur structure. i wiped after it and added more highlights wit china white.

i like this character, somehow. i hope i can run him again sometime.
