FINALLY a customer ordered a red panda from me!

The tail is as long as the customer is tall and almost as thick as they are! The tail also features 6 different colors of fur and airbrushing. The tail is filled with a combo of beanbag pellets and stuffing so it is super light for its size, the pellets make it a touch firm compared to 100% stuffing and I think that is why it bends a bit angular at the ground (I am not sure as I never have not a tail like this, but if that is the issue it's a fair trade off for the ease of wear)

The head really took me out of my comfort zone and took a long time to get right as red panda's have a lot about their face that is just so wrong for other species including: wide set almost sideways ears, small sloping muzzles, noses very near their lip, thick lower jaws that taper at the lip, and wide foreheads.

With this suit I did everything by myself except the tail, I patterned and pinned it and then  sparkyena saved my sanity and did the sewing (she also helped with a few past things I forgot to give credit for, sorry!)

This customer really lucked out on the price, $3000 for this beauty as it was paid in full as a 3/4 suit before my price hike and then the full bodysuit was added on and then paid for much later. Despite the difference in price to my current work I went all out on this because it may be the only red panda I ever make and I wanted it to be my best!!! Expect to see this at FC this weekend! Finally, a red panda from me in the red panda photo shoot XD

The paw pads and claws are from DVC, the eyes are from Yeep as I lost my personals files for printed eyes with the hard drive crash and then my printer fried, and well, what Yeep produces for printed human eyes is very similar to what I used to make so all human style eyes will come from them from now on :)
