I had a design for this dude, but I I decided to go in with some minor revisions on his ref sheet and design.

His ears are now pointier and more cat-like, not round like a bear's ears like they were before.
I've also made his tail a tad bit bigger so it's not like a deer's.
His hair is now not a mane, as that's gonna cost more if I commission a suit from someone oop.
And there are some design changes. (ears, one white paw, muzzle covers half of face, white and orange on tail)

Face: Blue top half with a white muzzle and two orange stripes underneath each eye
Hair: Orange
Eyes: Pale orange
Ears: White from tip to about midway
Body: Blue with white chest and belly. Two parallel orange stripes starting at his side and going across his back and then to the other side
Limbs: Two orange stripes on each wrist, blue ankles
Paws: White right front paw (when facing forward)
Tail: Blue with a white underneath and two parallel orange stripes wrapping around it
