All of his extremities can attach and detach at will and generally orbit/float near their respective attachment points. He can go full Rayman if he chose~
He likes to play around and bounce his tail about when anthro though.
I tend to draw the head ears and tail detatched, though. Out of habbit. (He doesn't really have a neck usually, and just covers up the gap)
