So I normally don't draw any human characters (and I still don't take commissions on them; I'm not really comfortable yet), but I wanted to at least make an attempt and do a few practice doodles of a human character. So I decided to try my hand at drawing  profilenobody's character Andy. He's always really sweet to me and sits in on my streams a lot, so I thought I'd try doing some art for him just to get some practice with human characters.

I'm not... like... SUPER happy with how this came out, but for a first attempt, I'd say it's not terrible. I think the proportions need a bit of work, but I'll refine that a lot with practice, I think. I was really happy with how the hands and feet came out, and even the face doesn't look too bad to me. The legs ended up looking a lot thicker than I really meant for them to (owing partly to the fact that human heads tend to end up being drawn proportionally smaller, which makes a lot of the other features look more exaggerated), but that will improve with practice and refinement. Anyway, thought I would share this with you guys :)
