cause they get much bigger ^^
they are very soft, just so fragile while inflating.
3 of 5 will pop during inflation, but once inflated they can take quite as lot

Ah yes Frazzle's rat persona would indeed pop the balloons.
Maybe he was restrained. Maybe chained by the ankle to
the wall just out of reach of her lovely big balloon??
