Last montage spam. Mini gourd Beetles!
Each beetle is made of two halves of a dwarf bottle gourd. They're 4-5" long. Their legs are wire and their features and details are hand sculpted. Although their shapes are similar and generic, each one is painted to resemble a REAL species of beetle. Yay Google Search. ;) All of my mini beetles have a wire on their bellies so they can be displayed crawling up a wall, or flat on any table.
I made these crowd of beetles for Bugfest 2015. So far I've only made 32 but I might make more in the future. I still have a bunch left for sale! You can see & purchase them in my online Square Shop: www.squareup.com/market/carabevan
