Not sure what they are.

Honey fungus? Sulfur shelf mushrooms? Can't be sure and I don't have a guide.

Look like Jack of Lantern mushrooms, but there is a type that looks almost exactly like that, too.

Unfortunately, both types, won't kill you, but, they'll make you vomit quite a bit for a few days.
