i used colored pencils and white cellophane marker

he and Bushroot and the Liquidator and NegaDuck and many others

were some of my fave cartoon 90's villains from DarkWing Duck

i forget if he was a dog or a rat

he looked similar to both to me in some features^^

i gave him a big battery pack^^

He's saying This is nothing you should see my other battery pack
