I went to college with him. Hewas a DJ at the campus radio station. His side-kick was Bicycle Bob. I partied several time with those guys in the dorm. He'd make his accordian tapes in our bathroom and send them down to KMET in Los Angles where Doctor Demento would play them on his Sunday night show. We used to tell Al to finish his degree because he sucked too much to make it in show-bizz. Shows what I know. My one of two brushes with a celebrity =/

No, I haven't seen him 'live' since I graduated 25 years ago. I ended up seeing and partying more often with Bicycle Bob - I have no idea what happened to Bob... I don't even remember his major. I only saw Al as often as I did because he liked the acoustics of our bathroom for his accordion based parody songs. He had the same 'weird' hair back then XP
