You know what's good for lunch? Macaroni and cheese! But the Bandelier Brewing Company makes it a little bit special. Locally sourced ingredients including a special blend of gruyère and aged cheddar, a hint of truffle, baked with Bandelier's own Painted Cave Amber Ale and served in a cast-iron skillet. It pairs well with the Extra Special Bitter or a nice brown ale. But don't go by our word for it. Here's a customer testimonial!
"This is so frigging good. Dude, you gotta try this."
"I'm trying to, but someone won't stay out of my plate. Didn't you just fini...hey! Dude! Get out of that! Fawk!"

The next in a series of food commissions from
streamBGN, who as usual took a goofy idea and elevated it to something great. Thanks again!
