You know what's good for lunch? Macaroni and cheese! But the Bandelier Brewing Company makes it a little bit special. Locally sourced ingredients including a special blend of gruyère and aged cheddar, a hint of truffle, baked with Bandelier's own Painted Cave Amber Ale and served in a cast-iron skillet. It pairs well with the Extra Special Bitter or a nice brown ale. But don't go by our word for it. Here's a customer testimonial!
