I badly hate people who do fundraising for all and nothing, and equally feel guilty to try doing one now >< A few persons told me it was worth to try if that can get me a bit of help. It's not just one of "OMG my dog is sick please pay for me", I already paid upfront most of the cost on my credit card margin because it was quite an emergency to be able to get him everything he needs.
Ewok was missing for over a month and his gears were stolen (not lost). I had to buy everything back, plus extra food for his special diet (he had diarrhea and need to gain back weight too). I bought him new food for his sensitive stomach, had to pay for the rent of the live-trap cage when we were trying to get him back, plus the pound when we finally got him back, etc.
Receipt of cost and picture of him before&after being missing are all on the fundraising page so you can have your own view on all that.

That would have been really helpful but yeah distance makes it hard. I wonder too... If ever he did took the time to feed him, it was probably not good stuff as Ewok as lot of troubles digesting anything for now. Anytimes he ates meat, he gets diarrhea, and that's as well if there is meat in his kibbles which is the case in nearly any brand except those vegetarian ones. We tried to let him on premium easy digest one for now (chicken-rice formula) while he is under medications to know if it helps it or if we really should ban meat... I would feel bad banning meat even thought I'm vegetarian. A dog is primary carnivorous, he needs to get his proteins ><
I probably wouldn't completely ban meat, but maybe hold off on it till he gains some weight back then slowly re introduce it and keep an eye on him to see if you can give him more or non at all. as for the wrist this topic may help you. http://www.sleddogcentral.com/forum.....TOPIC_ID=12914
The vet told us to stay on that kibbles for at least until the end of medications and that if no problem, then get veggies kibbles. If we go on veggies kibbles, we will surely try to reintroduce slowly meat and watch out if it's okay or not. He never was sensitive in the past so maybe he will get back to normal eventually.
Thank you for the link! I will definitely try that

They are not even sure, I pretty much "fixed" the issues myself :P
(That sad considering vets should have helped)
Special diet for his diarrhea (boiled chicken, white rice and carrot puree), they tried two different meds for him and none worked
He was dewormed thought it has nothing to do with it and didn't helped either
His two otitis are gone, the paste they give me to put in his ears didn't worked, I used human ear drops and now everything is fine
For his limping I massaged like on the link you shared me and it worked too while the vet told me he had nothing (yeah... right)
