This is as close as I'll get to mentally dysfunctional livejournal poetry, I promise. A semi structured poem, it popped out of my head almost literally when I was thinking about some rather personal matters...

...That said, it does have meaning (at least to me) behind the words. Perhaps it means something different to you? Or perhaps it's simply a trainwreck of words that lays waiting for the fire crews to arrive.
