Looks kind of similar to my Ponysona, Donder Trankmeister, aka MixMaster, then again, I don't have an exclusive on 'pegasus ponies that are patterned like eagles."

There are clear differences, aside from the cutie mark, Pheagle pony looks to be based on a Clydesdale or Big Mac model, while I went for the more 'baseline' pony style, and you opted for a brown mane while I stuck with a completely white head.
All in all, it looks rather nice.
