Hmm, a very unique deconstructed cover of this song. I'm strangely enticed by the minimalist, near hypnotic nature of this song.
Oh! did I just favourite it? Very hypnotic indeed...

PS: You need to make something like this for the express yourself contest (Just read the rules first). I do love oddity as a form of expression...

Believe me, I didn't start playing stuff like Viraemia. In order to get to that level I had to practice constantly for a long period of time, get criticized by my teacher, start with the basics, and have discipline. Shredding at 240bpm isn't natural talent; it is earned. I have no natural talent. I've always had my fingers, just not the strength and coordination that they have now. Stick around though. You'll be hearing my vocals soon. No matter how bad you think you are, I can't compare.
Once more, good voices are a gift. Even if you're not at the performing level yet, you can be. I just can't. Generally, everyone's fingers start evenly. If you want to get technical, maybe some people are born without fingers, but that's rarer than normal, healthy fingers. I for one have an unusually long pinky, but that only comes into play on my bass when I decide to use all four picking fingers, which is rare anyways... And unnecessary.
I get what you mean! I just think that a voice doesn't always have to be "good," as long as the singer directs their energy in a way that matches theirs! Same goes for playing. It still takes a fair bit of work to get your vocal cords limber and used to hitting those elusive tones. I really didn't git gud at singing until I started working. I was in the right environment that I wasn't worried about being loud and learned how to project. All I needed was to stop holding back the volume and just let it out the way it's going to come out... Then try it again in a few seconds. :L
