Well, he didn't follow the sign, which said "No Standing," so the macro is in the wrong. He tortured and killed people who were impatient with him standing in said no-stand zone, which is a really disproportionate reaction, so, not only is he wrong, but a sociopathic lunatic. He just escalated his 5000 fine into a life-sentence for 3 accounts of first degree murder in exchange for less than a minute of sexual gratification, so he's also a huge moron.

(though contrary to that history ... at least some states have taken to pedestrian right of way -ie even crossing against traffic, if they get hit it's always the motorist's fault and likewise the motorist's burden to avoid hitting them; California's like that... I think New York too)
