It actually is connected higher up, but the rest of the drawing covered it and I left it like that. I really should have moved it over instead though since it makes it look so much lower. Live and learn!

I should!! When I was watching Swat Kats regularly when CN was running it in their late night lineup I had this really cool idea involving Callie bound and gagged on the floor against the wall with T-Bone in front protecting her from whatever was coming their way. No idea why I haven't run with it yet. Probably because my artwork was worse then than it is now.
