I was a little huffy at first that someone hit on this concept and came up with such an amazing character before I did. But I've also become sort of a fan of Risky here.
But that's okay I started working on my own concepts for a story.
The idea at it's root is robotnik's mind placed into the body of a cute mobian girl, and of course it's like placing old software on new hardware, the results are a bit different.
I feel it is only proper to pay tribute to the first person to hit on the concept. I sort of wish we knew more about her with stories and stuff.
