This is my fisherman 'eastern' dragon. He has a very melanesian-esque culture. His race (which includes snakes, lizards, 'western' dragons, etc.) are categorized as serpents, and they specialize in the powers of Fire, Poison and Clay (shapeshifting). This guy is attuned to poison, according to his eye color.
Every individual in my story has an innate racial attribute, three specialization power, and a transcending power. They are like 'avatars' from 'The Last Airbender' in their own right. Here's his:
Racial: Serpents have increased intellect, quick learning and photographic memory.
3 Powers: Poison (main), fire, clay.
Transcending: Water (water manipulation, water-pressure immunity, ability to breathe underwater without gills.
About:
He enjoys deep-sea swimming and fishing, and likes to eat his food with spiced fish paste. He also enjoys collecting the natural treasures of the sea and shore.
He along with the bear from http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18444047/ are spirit brothers and are some of the first progenitors of their respective races.
I still don't know what to name this guy, if I should make a name from thin air or go look in some foreign dictionary.

Huh, no comments on this one. That's a shame since it's my favorite drawing in your gallery.
I'm always a fan of the tribal getup. I like how casual and unafraid he looks dressed as such. It gives him a rather modest appearance. The added knife at the hip as well as the necklace and arm and wrist bracelets only teaches you more about the character. It shows this is probably how he dresses every day and isn't just stripped for work.
Why ever did society have to invent pants. XD
And good job on the eyes. They give him a soul.

Thanks for being the first comment here! That's just how he dresses, I plan to revamp his physique, give him more muscle.
I had him dressed like the Penan tribe. He's like the 'First Adam' of eastern dragons for my story. That being said, it's only
natural his kind started as a tribe.
Heh. I thought you might prefer the Nezumi I drew, or those fan-art of Bravo I did back in the day, Based on what I saw in your gallery.
