my half of an art trade with

i really wanted to try the segment of bg thing. i discovered the Snowmine album Laminate Pet Animal and this sorta flowed out.
i experience asmr with certain music; i thought of that while listening to the song, and one of my friends who has synesthesia and gets really strong mental visuals of colours, patterns, and textures while listening to music. so i picked the colours that reminded me of this song and used them here!
this was a really good pic to have on my queue to work on, Max! thank you much for trading with me~

omg really i did?? ahhhhhhhhh i'm so happy too!!! i just went with the impression that i got from the original art of his design, and a little bit of fashion direction from the drawing by Lagena in your faves~ i was like oh okay here's a quiet, fashionable boy who's all about his clothes doing the talking. little splashes of colour to spread the mood, and it has to be bright. But yeah, this broke me outta my art funk! i'm so glad you like it!! <3 <3
