This is Ulla. She is a cave dwelling creature that rarely comes to the surface (even then, she can only come out at night because the harsh light would blind her). The blue parts of her body are bioluminescent and she uses that to attract prey (much like the anglerfish). She can see via thermal vision and echo location.
