Kinds of Vampires (According to literature)
Okay, I just finished reading the OMG TO FAMOUS book "Twilight" and I HAD to draw this.
My summary on the book:
HUUUGE facepalm. I mean, c'mon guys, a vampire that god damn SPARKLES? Not to mention that it's writen like some bad fanfic by a 13 old girl. /rant

Heh well isn't it meant to appeal to the hordes of 13 yr old impressionable girls? I'm kinda meh about the whole thing, don't wanna read/watch it... though one of my best friends is a Twerd (Twilight Nerd) and it's kinda funny cause all I see is It's the harry potter kid back from the dead as a sparkly, camp bitey person...
Don't read it, it'll spare your brain cells from mass suicide :D
The book is written like a bad fanfiction by a 13old girl, the sentence structures are blah and makes the book very boring to read (Don't know about the English version of the book, but the Portuguese one was very "Why am I reading this again?"), also the characters have absolutely no personality depth, they are bland and superficial, the plot is REALLY unoriginal (Boy falls in love with girl, they can't be together but they stay anyway, some guys try to hurt the boy/girl, everything goes alright in the end and they live happily ever after), and it's pretty much a Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu fiesta inside there. What's worse, is that it seems that the author is graduated on English, so one would expect more from her.

I don't think Anne Rice has very 'classy' vampires. I think she's it's her fault that the abominations from shit like Twilight and Underworld is now crawling it's way across the big screen.
Then again, I've always hated Anne Rice anyways.
