Aww yiss!
It could just be the angle, but if those headlights are actually fogged up here's a tip: get some polish and a buffing wheel (they sell kits at auto stores), mask the hell out of the surrounding paint, and use a power drill to buff the lights. It'll easily make them crystal clear
