A forensic scientist who never expected to be thrown into the paranormal world the night she was bitten by a werewolf. She constantly tries to adjust to her new life and use her abilities to help fight werewolf criminals.

The night she was bitten, she was rescued by some paranormal law enforcement officers, one of whom she already knew. They restrained her as she turned into a werewolf. When she regained her senses a week later, she found out that she was a "permanent lycanthrope," one who never changed back to human form. Because "Permies" couldn't turn back into humans, their minds had time to adapt to the transformation, so they regained their identities in wolf form.

She experienced an amazing increase in strength and speed, but it came at a cost. She was not only isolated from her old friends and family, but she also had an insatiable hunger for human flesh. She and most good werewolves tend to binge on sweets in order avoid becoming maneaters, and become a little chunky as a result.
