He wanted a giant shoutmon sitting on a city.
So here we have a giant shoutmon, taking a break from whatever he was doing. The small city looked like it was a comfortable place to sit, so he thought "why not?" and sat down, showing us his soles, teasing us.
My first time drawing a shoutmon. Looks decent enough I think. Added the 2 streets and highway to add a little more to the pic.
