Refunds: I do full refunds but only if i haven't started work on the commission, if I have started work on your commission (eg. if I'm on the sketch or lineart) I will not send out a FULL refund as I have already begun work on the commission and have spent time and labour on it. I will have a queue in due time which a link on my profile clearly stating what stage I am on with your commission if you wish to cancel at any time and require a refund.

Copyright: I will always send you the png version of your commission and NEVER the psd/sai/csp file. I do this as I do not wish for my artwork to be edited for copied in any form and this is a way to make sure this doesn't happen. By commissioning me you're agreeing that the commission work I do for you is for your own use and if you wish for anything to be edited I would like it if you'd please ask me directly.

Respect: When commissioning me you're choosing to respect me as an artist and as a human being. As I do have a job and I attend college (as well as having diagnosed anxiety) I can get fairly busy with work and can get over stressed or panicked and therefore your commission will be finished within a time frame of around 1 week - 1 month. If I take any longer than a month then please don't hesitate to note me for inquiries but please be calm and respectful when doing so. If I receive any form of abuse from you I will not tolerate it and your commission WILL be cancelled right away and you will be fully refunded. So please be respectful.
