Jack White was a young prodigy in the field of military espionage excelling at a young age of eight having been picked off a homeless life to be given a purpose on the field of battle where he displayed clever usage of tactical combat, stealth, survival instinct and more. Lending him in favorable position for usage in more advanced training methods that only the truly skilled could fulfill and he performed admirably prioving that he could handled the best of the best.

Within 7 years, Jack was fully prepped and sent off into the special ops group where he undertook many top secret missions and the most high ranked for a time in his teenage years up through several hard trials until reaching the age of eighteen. With this he'd be transferred over to the Elite operative Foxhound group which proved to be the toughest of the tough that could become a part of which few ever managed to get into including the legendary Solid Snake David.

During this period of time, Jack was given the codename Raiden and sent off the handle a worldwide terrorist threat with the a bio atomic bomb in which he fond himself for the first time overwhelmed in his mission and subtly captured, stripped down of his armored suit and tortured. Spending a week in such a state badly beaten and and broken in various places when he was freed by an undercover operative from his binds and given his suit back after some basic treatment and aid.

Turning out to be the infamous Solid Snake who's alignment was unknown at the time and helped Jack through the mission as a liability duo leading up to a split up trusting each other to succeed with one specific task each in order to stop the terrorist group. while Snake headed off to stop the Big Head, Jack went to destroy the weapon to prevent the war in which he found himself face to face with a Metal Gear which held the bomb and had to fight it with his skills alone.

Despite succeeding in his objective giving Snake the opportunity to kill the leader, Jack found himself caught in the destruction of the Metal Gear and when in a pinch on his last leg using a virus to self-destruct it causing him to be buried under rubble. This marked the end of Raiden as he was and was recovered by Foxhound who managed to track his position from his suit's tracker and collect to be brought in to a recovery facility for extensive treatment.

When Jack next came to, he found himself with cybernetic legs and arms from the knees and elbows down, His tail fully cybernetic and his upper chest much the same as he had suffered horrific injuries and had to have his body partially replaced. What he didn't know at the time was that his body was completely dead and his brain was the only thing that could be saved which was implanted into a cloned body of the original with machinery enhancements in the form of a cyborg half and half organic.

With these new enhancements, he was now a far more formidable force to be reckon with as he could perform in-Pokemon feats like super jumps with his cybernetic legs, capable of slicing through titanium and lifting extremely heavy objects with ease using his cybernetic arms. On top of this he was given a high frequency blade to weild which coupled with his extremely high levels of strength, he could slice through just about anything that he swung it at.

It wouldn't be long before he was sent back into action on missions which were now easier than ever for him and found little effort was needed to succeed in most the missions he we given with a few exceptions of rescue operations which went on for a few years. Eventually taking on war machines and such that normal Pokemon couldn't in order to have his potential fully made use of to benefit Pokemon kind and stop many kinds of worldwide threats from terrorist groups.

In the current date, the supposed death of Solid Snake since the Poketsuki War has made Foxhound decide to investigate sending Raiden off to search for evidence and locate his corpse or whereabouts in case of being alive and having survived. With the secretiveness of the government, Foxhound made this their own little secret as they felt they couldn't be trusted believing they were covering something up and Raiden would search thoroughly in hope that he could find his once trusted ally alive.
