You should totally get an android phone or something. Even if it's an old-ish model, they all can run Kik or Whatsapp, and if you have a social media plan or full internet service you can do pretty much everything.

my issue is trying to convince my parrents to take me off of their phone plan... they somehow got it into their head that i "cant pay my own phone bill" even though i was the FIRST person in my entire house to have a cell phone and had to pay a cell phone bill of some kind... it was a pre-payed phone, but even with that, it expired after every month if you didnt renew it by a certain date and i kept on that without having an actual job for nearly 4 years.. (my "job" was babysitting.. which at the time only happened once or twice a week.. yet i was still able to keep my phone running....)

You COULD just be like 'fuk it' and get your own plan, and later once you have it set up tell your parents you got your own plan. Here my parents would actually help me get my own plan, they really don't mind if I do something that helps them hold onto some of their own money.

it all depends on complexity, commission type, weather or not you want a head shot - bust -waist up - or full body.. additionally, traditional vs. digital will change the price also.

As a badge so i guess just head shot.

ok :) a head shot badge or bust (chest/shoulders up) done traditionally (like the one above) would be around $40 with lamination, and shipping would cost extra depending on where i'm shipping it to :)
