What can I say, I really am a sucker when it comes to minty milkshakes. sometimes I just can't control myself around them. They're delicious and very tempting, hence the expression.
So if you ever come across me and want to distract/seduce(not really)/torture(please no lol) offer me one of these bad boys. I will gladly follow you like a puppy after that...(jokingly of course) :P

Okay. You need.
10 oz Whole Milk
A Single-Serving Tub of either Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Protein Powder (Either Neutral or Vanilla Flavor) Whey Protein isolate is reccomended
Peppermint Extract (and perhaps honey) to taste
Pour Milk and scoop Protein powder and Greek yogurt into a blender. Add in about 6-8 drops of peppermint extract and blend until smooth. You may require more or less of mint extract depending on your taste preferences but keep in mind that a little goes a LONG way. Chill and consume. Serves one.
You can add more of the Greek Yogurt and/or less milk to the shake to make it thicker. Different mint extracts can be used if Peppermint is unavailable or undesired. Chocolate Protein powder can be used instead of plain or vanilla to make a "Grasshopper" Protein Shake (Do not use Honey for this though. That tastes weird IMHO)
You can also drop (and stir) in the Mint Extract into plain Greek Yogurt and pop it into the freezer to make a frosty mint treat that WON'T bust your gut. Also in any case. MAKE SURE You use Extract and NOT Oil. Mint Oils CANNOT be ingested and WILL make you sick.

it looks like he's trying to resist the urge to singing in public "my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard" xD LOL! its like those moments when your trying to resist the urge to doing something extremely embarrassing in public but some stupid part of your brain is like daring you to do it. maybe its just me but iv had those impulses before to do stupid stuff like that in public. end result i end up laughing from thinking about it too much and everyone ends up staring at me wondering wtf am i laughing about xD this pic made my day haha! ^^
