This was actually a commission for :iconRhazzazor>, done by 
Balaa. It's actually sort of an offshoot from this piece, though canonically it conflicts with it so this piece became its own thing. :>
Anyway, Balaa imagined a young Bagheera being sent to the Indian-themed princedom of PaoTir as an envoy of some sort, probably from an European-themed country. It's just supposed to be something cute and sweet. :>
