I use to love gardening when I was little. Use to grow alot of different flowers and veggie gardens back then. Now it's mostly my mom who loves plants. ;D

i live in a desertic place, in a small house without backyard, so just can have a few of them

Hey. That is good news. Is the flat frond one on the Right the edible kind? The "Nopales" (Prickly pear.) cactus in my friend's back yard grew from a single frond to a "Tree" inside of five years.

very honestly i don`t know. was a gift from a neighboor that visited the desertic province of La Rioja, at more than 2500 kms to the north of my city. In normal confitions, that ones can grow until end to the size of a chair, or, if they`re lucky, the size of a small tree. infact in some places are considerated a plague, because with nutritive floor grows terribly fast and tall.

But here, this small one is just starting its life. probably if would be in "freedom" in the hill, at few meters to the right, would be eaten by our fauna XD earlier saw a couple of patagonic hares in middle of the caterpiller buldozers
