Ifmanda had just looked down when she pulled at Stars waistband she probably would have seen the panties there...but she didnt so she didnt LOL
true story: back when I was 27 I was asked for ID to prove i was old enough to buy a pair of scissors LOL. You have to be over 16 to buy scissors. I didnt have ID on me so they wouldnt let me buy them. I needed them to cut my passport photo out in order to send my passport application.

The edit was me reading the description and this is my reaction to sum it up.
Wearing panties under your diaper? Naughty kitty. After all you've done with Manda and Lure. In the corner with you, now. OR, you can try to remove the diaper and panties like a good girl, or ask for assistance to remove the diaper so you can go into the bathroom and remove the panties yourself, but I expect you to ONLY be in the diaper afterwards in terms of undergarments.

Serious answer - Though scissors, razor blade cartridges, pencil sharpeners, and folding, non-locking, pocket knives (with a cutting edge of less that 3") are listed as being exempt from the two main laws covering 'bladed or sharply pointed articles' in the UK, it's generally seen as a blanket ban on sales of all such things to those under the age of 18, probably due to arse-covering...

Also I dunno maybe im just dumb but I had to re-read the 2 first panels a few times before I fully understood what she was talking about in the 2nd panel but that is probably just because english isn't my primary language ^_^

So are these really Mandy's outfits that she got for herself? I know she was padded with the Star and Lure one night. Is there more to it though? Just seems awfully strange she's stocked up on anything a baby girl would need.

So either Mandy and Teca were together originally. Mandy is probably bi and I'm guessing they took Lure in as if he was a kid of their own. So now their all together like one big happy kinky poly family. Mandy also seems to be a switch from parent to baby. I have a feeling Teca is always in charge.
Either way Mandy has some secrets that she's holding back. I'm sure if she open to Star about those it probably help with her struggling to accept herself.

I think I'd die if I had to go out in public like that. But then, I don't know what the male equivalent would be. In any case, I went out in public padded once, and I just had this irrational fear that everyone around me knew. O_O I couldn't imagine combining that with super little clothing.

I'm disappointed. I expected Manda to be upset with Star over dry diapers. However, in retrospect, you handled it quite correctly. Manda would never have forced Star to that stage that early. Her having Star have to ask permission is great.
As to the outfit, it's absolutely wonderful, and Star looks super cute in it. The hair in pony tails (bunches) is great, and the tights and matching top are too cute. The pose is awesome, you know she's embarrassed, but also that she's secretly loving it.

Ok, this is my second time reading the comic (Now reading all the info aswell =D) and i know im quite late to the reply but while nobody pointed it out i find it interesting how being 27 and still were told to be under 16, that's some amazing aging skills, mine stopped at 25 because of my mother's family hair genes, curses you white hair bang!
Either way, this is probably one of the only times i'll write, i like being a silent watcher until something calls my attention enough and i really enjoyed the comic, too bad it didn't last more than a day for me ~_~
