Field Marshal Howard Konigsturm

The combat prowess of a soldier is something to admire. The way he keeps a calm expression under heavy assault, a battering of bullets to the ear-shattering sounds of explosions. I have only seen few who are able to hold such a firm gaze. Even those who have been trained so much do not know what its like when they first come to the experience of combat. Very few kept such a steadfast resolve even in their first combat mission.
Altered-Ranger #012 is one of them: codenamed "ZEAL." He is a culmination of what science could create for mankind. A deadly adversary to see in the mist of a skirmish.
Before the USNE was formed, I was the Four-Star General that was able to watch the SSOT Program unveil. From every test I saw, it was only ZEAL that was the one that they kept using for demonstrations. I was impressed with what I saw. His flexibility and tenacious fighting style was what the USA had desired. I would've made him human, but they wanted something that was...inhuman, to say the least. That's how they described one of the requirements.

When the USNE was formed, I was able to see first-hand of what ZEAL could do on his very first mission as an Altered-Ranger though video feed of his shoulder cam.
What he was able to do to the enemy was something that was...instinctual, primal...downright lethal. He was able to drop his foes with direct shots, his accuracy was downright laser-like.
His skills in close-quarters was what truly surprised me though. He was able to take down three combatants on his own, taking fire from one of them while breaking the back of a foe over his knee before throwing the body over to the gunfire. The other opponent tried knifing him, but that failed when he was able to block and grip his wrist and crush it with just sheer force. Those terrorist didn't even know what was hitting them.
ZEAL effectively took out the HVT in that first mission, killing the leader Ashad-Rhashal...what he did though to his body sent a clear message to the enemy too.
I watched him ever since and he's been a truly admirable soldier. He carries a stoic and charismatic personality to him when he's around his comrades, in combat- he's lethal and deadly. He's the type of warrior you want on your side...
I'm glad to have him under my command. He's mad leaps and bounds where no man has ever been able to accomplish. He's the champion to defeat all. He reminds a lot like Hercules. Bastard has nearly been through it all.
He's truly what mankind has needed for a long time..
About damn time we got what we needed...
