An NPC for a Changeling the Lost game I'm about to star with a friend (we're still looking for Players) Billy Lupine, Master of Ceremony of the New Orleans Spring Court.
Before becominga Changeling Billy was actually a rock musician, but a True Fae who fancied himsel fguardian spirit of New Orlean's jazz Scene took him with him to Arcadia and"re-wrote" him into a classical jazz singer.
Now poor Billy is cursed to speak and act like a sterotypical jazz bird, it is the only music he is physically able to perform and each time he walks through a door his clothes transform into a classy three piece suit.
