With six weeks to go before the American debut of Disney's "Zootopia" (a CGI feature about a world of all-anthropomorphic mammals), I thought I'd post another piece of fan art for the film...
Partially inspired by my "Snow Leopard" art piece from years ago - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1793740/ - I'd decided to have 'Officer Clawhauser' (the chubby cheetah from the ZPD - Zootopia Police Department) make a 'snow critter' replica of himself. Of course, if he was to make his own likeness proportionately in his exact size and shape, I don't what he'd run out of first: coal (for the spots on his body) or snow!
'Benjamin' is also adding other enhancements to his 'snow critter' - including tree twigs for arms, broom bristles for his whiskers, and (naturally) a couple of donuts for his ears. However, he also took a few other liberties by putting parts of his uniform (his police cap, badge, and necktie) on his snowy creation...
All of this hasn't gone unnoticed, because (unfortunately for 'Benjamin') this activity is being witnessed by his superior 'Chief Bogo' (the cape buffalo), who doesn't take lightly his officers engaged in frivolity while on duty! (It should be noted that, proportionately, 'Bogo' is several heads taller than 'Clawhauser' - which is why I didn't draw his own head and long horns... but you can easily imagine the angry scowl on his face, upon seeing 'Clawhauser' and his 'snow critter'.)
I hope to post some more "Zootopia" fan art with other characters from the film (premiering in Europe next month, and in the USA on March 4th). So, stay tooned!

It's rather ironic that I've chosen today (January 22, 2016) to post this particular image - just as the central Atlantic region of the USA is about to be hit with a major blizzard. But, perhaps - when the snow storm passes, some of you "FA" members might be inspired to build a 'snow critter' of your own, take a picture of it, and post it on your own (respective) sites. (Or, if you don't feel like going outside, why not draw your own 'snow critter' creations and post them in "FA"? 'Tis the season!)
If you saw the original 'large version' of this 'fan art', you would've noticed that the doughnut/ears had white sprinkles on them! Maybe, I'll consider using an excerpt from said 'large version', with 'Clawhauser' and his 'snow critter', so you can see all of those details...
...And now, you can see said excerpt at this link: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18875505/
